He is a plugin author, translator, Core and Accessibility contributor, and an active supporter of the global WordPress community.

Kausar has volunteered at WordCamp Dhaka 2019 and WordCamp Sylhet 2023 & 2024, and attended WordCamp Asia 2023 (Thailand) and WordCamp Malaysia 2023, where he also served as a Table Lead during Contributor Day. He contributes to teams, including Polyglots and Core, and enjoys mentoring new contributors. As an organizer for WordCamp Dhaka 2025, he is excited to help create a meaningful experience for attendees.
