1. No Refunds
All ticket purchases are non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased, there shall be no refund under any circumstances, including non-attendance or partial attendance.
2. Non-transferable tickets
Tickets are non-transferable. You cannot transfer or assign your ticket to another person under any circumstance.
3. Event cancellation
In the unlikely event that WordCamp Dhaka 2025 is cancelled by the organizers:
- We may, at our discretion, offer full refunds, or credits for a future event.
- If you choose not to accept the alternative, we will refund the ticket amount only (i.e. excluding any travel, accommodation, or incidental costs).
4. Force majeure
If the event is impossible to hold due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, governmental restrictions, pandemics), we reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or convert to a virtual format. Refunds or credits will be handled at our discretion.
