My journey in WordPress has been more than just a career. It’s been a balance of work, life, and community. Since 2019, I’ve been working with WPManageNinja, leading the flagship product FluentCommunity. Alongside my professional role, I’ve nurtured a deep passion for WordPress and its community, contributing as an organizer, speaker, and attendee at multiple WordCamps. Balancing professional responsibilities with personal growth and community contribution hasn’t always been easy, but it has been rewarding. In this session, I’ll share my experiences, challenges, and lessons learned on finding harmony while giving back to the WordPress ecosystem.
