A WordCamp Dhaka ticket gives you access to all conference sessions, lunch, snacks, coffee, the after-party, exclusive WordCamp Dhaka swag, t-shirts, badges, stickers, and exciting goodies from our generous sponsors. It also includes entry to the Contributor Day program.

Sponsors, organizers, volunteers, and speakers receive free entry. If you’re later selected as a speaker or volunteer, you can request a refund. But don’t wait: secure your attendee ticket first!

This year’s Main Event Day will be held on as follows:

Time: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (Registration starts at 9:00 am on the dot).

👉 Your ticket includes full access to the Conference day.
👉 Contributor Day is free to join and optional, but we encourage you to attend. It requires separate registration. You must have a valid WordCamp Dhaka ticket, and you need to bring your Conference Day badge.

Q. How much will the ticket cost?
The ticket price is BDT 1,500 (approximately $13–14). Each ticket includes access to all conference sessions, lunch, snacks, and coffee, exclusive WordCamp Dhaka swags, and entry to the Contributor Day program.

Q. When will the main WordCamp Dhaka event take place?
The Conference Day will be held on October 18th, followed by the Contributor Day on October 19th.

Q. When will the second round of tickets go live?
We’ll announce ticket availability on our social media channels and the News page of our website.

Q. What information do I need to purchase a ticket?
You’ll need to provide your basic contact details, t-shirt size, website URL, and your event preferences.

Q. Can I buy multiple tickets (for friends or colleagues)?
No, multiple ticket purchases are not available. Each ticket is valid for one person only, so please purchase a separate ticket for each attendee.

Q. I’ve applied as a speaker or volunteer. Do I still need to purchase a ticket?

• Short answer: Yes, please purchase a ticket.
• Long answer: If you are selected as a speaker or volunteer, you will receive a complimentary ticket. If not selected, your purchased ticket ensures you don’t miss out, since tickets are in high demand and limited in number.

Terms & Conditions – WordCamp Dhaka 2025

1. Ticket Validity: Each ticket admits one person only. Guests must have their own ticket. Tickets must be purchased in advance — there will be no sales at the venue.
2. Ticket Verification & Entry: Carry the digital ticket sent to your email. A valid ID is recommended. At registration, you’ll receive an ID card with a QR code, which serves as your meal and access pass. Please wear it at all times.
3. Refunds & Transfers: Tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure you are able to attend before completing your purchase.
4. Admission Rights: The right of admission is reserved by event and venue management, following local laws and WordCamp Central guidelines.
5. Media & Recordings: By attending, you agree to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. Organizers may use this material for promotional, informational, or archival purposes without additional approval or compensation.
6. Code of Conduct: By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you’ve read and agreed to the WordCamp Dhaka Code of Conduct, and will help maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment.
