Are you ready to make a difference in the WordPress community and be a part of one of Bangladesh’s most engaging WordPress events? We want you to join our most anticipated event as a volunteer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After a long break, WordCamp Dhaka is coming back with a blast. It will be a fun event with plenty of opportunities for networking, collaboration, and community contribution. Contributing to WordCamp Dhaka 2025 as a volunteer is an ideal way to meet like-minded individuals, learn new skills, and support a thriving community event. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Program Operations Roles<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Hall Facilitator<\/strong><\/strong> \u2013 Responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of sessions inside the hall. Volunteers in this role help manage the audience experience, coordinate with Speaker Helpers and Timekeepers, and assist attendees as needed to ensure the program runs smoothly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaker Helper<\/strong> \u2013 A dedicated volunteer to support all speaker-related needs before and during the event. They act as the first point of contact for speaker queries, help review slides, provide quick support via WhatsApp, and ensure speakers are ready and on time for their sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attendee & Event Support Roles<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Event Experience Team<\/strong><\/strong> \u2013 Ensures a seamless experience for all attendees, speakers, and guests. This role manages entry points, registrations, accessibility support, and oversees Lunch Assistants, Swag Distributors, Information Desk Attendants, and Contributor Day Volunteers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sponsor Hall Management<\/strong><\/strong> \u2013 Responsible for taking care of the sponsor area. Volunteers in this role act as the main point of contact for sponsors, communicate their needs with organizers, and provide support throughout the event to ensure sponsors have a smooth and positive experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AV Crew<\/strong><\/strong> Team<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Photographer<\/strong> \u2013 Captures key moments and highlights of the event using DSLR cameras. Photographers may also assist in basic photo editing to create visual content for social media and event documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Videographer<\/strong> \u2013 Records sessions and important event moments. Volunteers in this role are expected to cover sessions using a tripod or gimbal and may assist with video editing for social media and internal use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Video Editor<\/strong> \u2013 Focuses on editing raw footage captured by videographers into polished videos. This role ensures all content is ready for sharing on social media or for archival purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Media & Communications Roles<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Social Media Helper<\/strong> \u2013 Keeps the event\u2019s social media buzzing by writing creative posts, sharing real-time updates, capturing moments via smartphone, and engaging with the online community before, during, and after the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Design Roles<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Designer<\/strong> \u2013 Supports all visual design needs for the event, including social media graphics, presentation slides, banners, and other creative materials to maintain a consistent and appealing visual identity across all platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
