WordCamp Dhaka 2025 has officially wrapped up. As part of our commitment to openness, we are sharing the full financial report for this year\u2019s event. This includes income, expenses, and how we managed the remaining balance. Our goal is simple. The table below shows the full picture at a glance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The remaining balance will be transferred to WordPress Central using their preferred method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Our income came from a mix of ticket sales, sponsorships, and the balance carried forward from 2019. This allowed us to offer a well-rounded experience at an accessible ticket price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Local sponsorships made the biggest impact. The grant from the global community helped us cover core expenses without increasing ticket costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Below is the full list of expenses. These numbers reflect all payments made for the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Food, beverage, and venue costs were the highest. These are typical for large WordCamps. Swag, printing, and event management shaped the attendee experience. Complimentary tickets supported contributors, required allocations, and community roles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n After closing all accounts, WordCamp Dhaka 2025 has a net income of 1,738,504.50 BDT<\/strong>.
