Due to security purposes and as per instructions from the local security authority, no external bags will be allowed at WordCamp Dhaka 2019. Please DO NOT bring any kind of bag with you. We can’t allow anyone to enter the venue with any kind of bag. This will be strictly maintained.
If you bring any laptop, you will have to carry that on your hand. Everyone will get SWAG bag at the registration booth. You can use that for collecting swags and other purposes.
If anyone needs to bring any emergency medicine, please contact our volunteers at the registration booth. We might allow that after thorough checking.
Female volunteers will always be there to assist female attendees for emergency needs.

ল্যাপটপ আনতে পারেন, তবে সেটা হাতে নিয়ে ঢুকতে হবে। ইভেন্টের সময় আপনাদের প্রত্যেককেই সোয়াগ ব্যাগ দেয়া হবে আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে যা আপনারা টুকিটাকি জিনিস রাখার জন্য ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন।
কেউ যদি জরুরী ঔষধ আনতে চান, তাহলে ছোট্ট ক্যারি ব্যাগে আনতে পারেন যা সিকিউরিটি চেকিংয়ের পরে সঙ্গে নিয়ে প্রবেশ করতে পারেন।
মহিলা অতিথিদের কোন ধরনের ইমার্জেন্সি প্রয়োজনে সাহায্য করার জন্য সার্বক্ষনিক মহিলা ভলান্টিয়ার নিয়োজিত থাকবেন।

We’re coming from India. Hence we’re carrying our passport / visa and other important travel documents, which we ideally
do not want to keep in the hotel room and go to the venue.
What is the solution?
In case of such emergencies, you can definitely bring your documents with you in a small pouch which we might allow upon further inspection at the registration booth. You will get swag bag at the entrance which can be used for carrying your documents throughout the event. So it’s suggested to avoid bringing any kind of bag.

What about sponsors? How do we bring our materials like swags, business flyers, t-shirts that we intend to distribute among participants?
Sponsors are open to bring their stuffs for booth.
